Background: A career spanning 30 years in the Australian and International banking and financial markets. Specialising in credit and operational risk in the business and retail banking segments. A sort after Lecturer in banking and financial studies.

Technical and Integration

Mick Both

Role: Director of Engineering
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (University of Melbourne), Bachelor of Science (University of Melbourne), Graduate RAAF College, MCP, MCP+I, MCSE, CCNA
Background: 15 years consulting and project lead including University of Melbourne, RAAF, NAB, Optus, Telstra. Provision IT Integration Specialist in business application design, SME accounting and finance, franchise portals and expert systems.

Legal / Research and Development

Chris Both

Role: Director and General Counsel (Legals, Tax and Conceptual Research)
Qualifications: Master in Practising Accounting (Monash University), Master of Laws (University of Melbourne), Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts. Admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria
Background: Director and Financial Controller, Provision IT, Australia, Australian Taxation Office (12 Yrs)

Business Development / Sales and Marketing

M Mueller

Role: Alliances Consultant
Qualifications: Bachelor of Applied Economics, Associate of Finsia and ASCPA member
Background: 26 years extensive experience throughout the Banking, Finance and Insurance Industries across a diverse range of Business Units, including Institutional Banking, Personal and Commercial Lending with exposure to some of Australia's key Blue Chip companies.
